Why Attend

Attendees of Catalyst’s signature fundraising event will learn best practices for DEI, gain key insights from the 2022 Catalyst Award-winning initiatives, and network with global CEOs and other leaders. Our 2022 Awards theme—The Great Reimagining: Making Work Work for Women—reflects the urgency with which we must come together and transform our workplaces for the new era.

We are excited to announce that this year’s Dinner Chair is Jim Fitterling, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Dow, and this year’s Supporting Chair is Revathi Advaithi, Chief Executive Officer at Flex.

Catalyst will also celebrate its sixtieth anniversary in 2022—six decades of accelerating progress for women through workplace inclusion.
